Vulnerability leads to connection.

Part of why I began this practice is to show that vulnerability leads to connection; and connection leads to lending a hand.

My passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves. How can I guide them towards being their best self if I’m not striving towards the same thing?

So I’ll be vulnerable with you, followers of mine. If you coach with me, your sessions will be all about you, of course. However, this Instagram is so you can get to know a little about me. We may have things in common. We may not. You are always welcome to my direct messages. I love to talk and make friends✨

So, who am I, as of 5.6.20 at 10:05 a.m.? I am scared. I am undeniably afraid of where the future will bring me. I am a professional life coach and a health coach. I am currently in the midst of switching companies for my health coaching job and this will open up a new chapter of my life. With that, I’m taking on more and more clients for my life coaching practice. This is great—I have the opportunity to serve more people. This is also scary—I have a lot more responsibility. I’m following my dreams, though. I have no regrets. I am working towards the person I’ve always wanted to be. Even so, I’m still scared about my future.

In addition, I’m in a new relationship. He is absolutely amazing and treats me with more respect than I’ve ever known. However, this is scary too. Change is scary. Every relationship is different. Relationships can be a great time to embrace transformation and learn how to better yourself (as well as your significant other). I’m excited for where this relationship will go and for all that I will learn. Nevertheless, I’m scared.

At the end of the day, I know fear is a normal emotion. It’s part of our every day life and it’s never going to go away. I’m not trying to get rid of the fear. I’m just noticing it and trying my best to accept it & embrace it. I don’t always do so well at that, though.

If you’d like to reach out and let me know what’s scaring you right now; what you fear—please don’t hesitate to reach out ✨ I’d love to hold space for you.

Making room.

An honest #blog post - I’m homesick. I miss my friends. I miss my family. I miss Indianapolis. I am so so so grateful for this place I’m in; the people I’m with; the lessons I’m learning and the path

Go inward.

I’m smiling. I’m happy. I’m proud. I’m fearless. I’m living in abundance. But I’m also sad. I’m scared. I’m panicking. I’m in an internal conflict with myself. Both are correct. Both are parts of myse
