The Now.

All you ever have is the present moment. What are you doing in this exact moment? Without judging—look around you. Feel the phone your holding. Feel your body against your bed or chair or floor. Listen. Hear the silence under what you’re listening to.

We have such a bad habit of denying (or overly confronting) the present. We forget that life is made of the little things. We forget that all of our problems are in our head. They’ll still be solved...but they can be solved without the chaos of our minds; if we remember that time is an illusion and all we have is the now.
