Inner peace

Don’t hang on too tightly.

To your personality traits. To your friends. To your religion. To your body. To your city.

Everything changes—and as much as you want to believe that you have full control over this...sometimes, you don’t.

If you cling too tightly, you have something to lose.

But if you decide to latch on—

To a person, place, thing, religion or anything else.

Do it with gratitude. Do it knowing that you don’t need it to survive. Do it with such a strong sense of inner peace that you don’t need to cling to anything.

Cling to your own inner intuition; your God inside you. Then you have nothing to lose. Then you have peace.
