A Quick Reminder to Forget the Fear

Don’t let the fear get to you. Accept that this time is a challenge. Let it BUILD you, not break you. Gyms closed? Take this opportunity to reconnect with nature. Working from home, or not at all? Take this time to relax, catch up (on FaceTime) with old friends, be creative, write, paint, sing, dance, dream...about what it’ll be like when this is all over.

I took this picture on my morning run. If it wasn’t for gyms being closed, I wouldn’t have chosen to workout outside. Sometimes when circumstances seem restrictive...they’re actually giving you freedom.
