Van Life.

Finding myself as a solo female traveler in a 1999 Ford Econoline E-150 tiny-home.

In January of 2020, I created a dream.

I'd be standing in front of a van, with a German Shepard dog by my side. I'd be working on building my business. I'd be working on my resilience. I'd push all my limits and stay in a constant state of uncomfortability. I'd try out the nomadic lifestyle to see if it would settle my constant desire for stimulation.

In October of 2020 I landed a remote job to help me support this dream and support me security-wise until my business was thriving. As soon as I started, I began the hunt. I told myself I'd find a van by the end of November. On the last day of October, I found someone giving away a beautiful German Shepard pup for free. A pup that loves to travel and just so happened to look exactly like what I was looking for. (He's currently with my parents while my van is being converted to suite him better).

Near the end of November, I booked a one-way ticket to Texas (from Indiana) to check out a van. On the very last day of the month, I bought my van. Little did I know that it would be the beginning of a new lifestyle. A unique, beautiful, unconventional, emotionally & spiritually saturated lifestyle.
